Water Exercise for All Abilities

Good Karma Walking Class

Fridays (first walk begins July 9th)

Get your day off to a great start with a walking class.  This class involves a warm up, cool down and stretch.  The walk will provide you with a great cardiovascular workout and some resistance exercises will be introduced.  Each month the money collected from the walks will be donated to The Stop Community Food Centre.  To find out more visit:

Leehe has been teaching this class for over five years and has both witnessed and experienced the gains in strength, endurance and overall body alignment. All major muscle groups will be targeted, with particular emphasis on the core. The class allows a maximum of five people to ensure individual attention. Proper execution of the exercise is important for getting results without risk of injury. All levels are welcome. Beginners, older adults and those rehabilitating from an injury are particularly encouraged to sign up for this class.

During this class you will learn practical skills to cut your risks, your waist line and your budget.  Learn to prepare four delicious dishes and practical skills to apply to your kitchen.  Gain some efficient cooking techniques & ingredient substitution tips, with emphasis on how to make one creative preparation stretch across several meals.

Bring containers for leftovers and an apron or wear appropriate cooking apparel.
